Description: Mixed media on canvas. This piece includes authentic papers collected in New Orleans, layered directly into the artwork using Mod Podge. Created the very evening I returned from my trip - it’s a love letter to the city’s energy and spirit. One of the embedded pieces even resembles a moon in the top right, while the vertical strokes and paper placements echo the rhythm of New Orleans’ iconic buildings.
